Environment:Start Time: 5:45 AM Temperature: 39 degrees Sky: Sunshine. Even with the sunshine it was a bit chilly out on the trail this morning. There was a lot of Starling and Dove activity (as usual) but the Osprey were also very active today. Mostly they had somewhere else to be but there was one couple who were enjoying each other – enough said. Environment:Start Time: 6:00 AM Temperature: 46 degrees Sky: Cloud/haze filtered sunshine. The strong winds we have been experiencing over the past couple of days managed to subside a little – at least for the early morning. The Rock Canyon area does not appear to be worse for wear since I didn’t see any new fallen trees. As far as nests go – things are really quiet. There was no activity at either the Cooper’s Hawk nest or the Red-tailed Hawk nest. I was only able to locate one of the three baby Great Horned Owls at that nest. Mom was…
