We finally got a decent break in the weather and I, along with many others, managed to enjoy a great afternoon at Lake Pueblo State Park. There was a fairly good number of birds as well. In the first five or six hundred yards of my walk I saw Juncos, a woodpecker, a Belted Kingfisher and a Black Phoebe. All just too busy to stop and pose. I’m afraid today’s featured image of a White-breasted Nuthatch is pretty poor in the quality department but that is the best I could manage today.
