Environment:
Start Time: 7:15 AM Temperature: 59 degrees Sky: Sunshine, lighter haze with almost no breeze.
Vastly nicer conditions this morning! Haze was still a factor when looking at distant objects, it was not too apparent in the near view. Once again I saw a nice variety of birds but most of them were keeping well away from anyone seen with a camera. Today’s featured image is that of the bird I got closest to – a Black-capped Chickadee. I also got kind of close to an American Kestrel (posted) but he was still too far away to get into sharp focus. You can tell what he is. Mule Deer have been quite active over the last several days – out giving the young ones Deer Lessons.
