Killdeer at Lake Pueblo State Park, Colorado

More great weather enhanced with very little wildfire haze. A little cooler this morning to boot. I didn’t make it home with much new on my camera’s memory card. The birds remain stand-offish. Today’s featured image is another long shot of an American Kestrel which I accidentally got in focus. I got a good shot of a Killdeer flying away and I went with the old standby of a Double Crested Cormorant perched in a tree. Not too exciting but still worth the effort.
