Environment:
Start Time: 9:20 AM Temperature: 60 degrees Sky: Cloud filtered sunshine.

Today’s late start resulted from the initial lack of decent light this morning. Things finally took a turn for the better (light-wise) so I did make a go of it. Once again there was not an overwhelming amount of avian activity. Today’s featured image is one of two bird shots that I got – an Orchard Oriole. After that it was bugs or flowers. Below are a couple of Bugs AND Flower shots that I am pretty happy with. The bottom of this post has three blooming plants that each were pretty hard to get a good identifications for. Google gave multiple options for each search and I did the best I could. The choice I made for Hairy False Golden Aster may not be correct but I really liked that name so I went with it.
