Environment:
Start Time: 6:05 AM Temperature: 62 degrees Sky: Sunshine.
The local weather forecasters are saying it will be even hotter today than it was yesterday though this morning started out two degrees cooler. That didn’t last long. I think most of the birds were hunkered down because activity was low. I did manage to see the Cooper’s Hawk youngsters and had better luck capturing a decent image. They don’t make it easy. Today’s featured image is (Google says) a Western Spotted Orbweaver spider. Otherwise it was mostly the usual suspects out on the trail. My owls were not on what I was going to start calling the Owl Tree – glad I didn’t order that plaque.
