Environment:
Start Time: 8:30 AM Temperature: 40 degrees Sky: Sunny.

All quiet this morning at Lake Pueblo State Park. Even though the temperature was one degree warmer than yesterday when I started it seemed around three degrees colder. Maybe that was the reason so few birds were out and about. Today’s featured image is a couple of Killdeer who were prowling the bank of the Arkansas River. There were actually three of them but I never could get them all in one shot. I saw no Cormorants and no Osprey which I am taking as a sign of the times. Another sign is the arrival of Gadwall Ducks (below) which, I hope, means the Goldeneye and Buffleheads will not be far behind.

Sightings:

Gear: Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II, Panasonic Lumix 100-300mm
