Once again, I am back “live” on the trails of Rock Canyon. I was hoping that during my break some more of the Winter birds would have arrived. Sadly, the only newcomers today were three Bufflehead ducks – one drake and two hens. It’s a start, I guess. No Bald Eagles have turned up in my camera’s viewfinder but Great Blue Herons and Red-tailed Hawks are showing up more often, though keeping their distance. Today’s featured image is a White-crowned Sparrow who was perched in great light while munching on some Rabbitbrush seed.
