Walking conditions were complicated this morning by a pretty heavy breeze. At times it came close to being actual wind which had me avoiding the more wooded areas of Rock Canyon. The only one who seemed to like to free flowing air was the Red-tailed hawk pictured here and as the featured image. It really seemed to be enjoying the rising currents and was having fun gliding around. My only other bird capture was the quick shot of a Northern Flicker who was in pretty big hurry.
