It won’t officially be Winter until 8:27 PM so this morning’s walk is the last of Autumn for me. Some birds joined me on my outing. The Great Blue Heron pictured here and as the featured subject was very focused on grabbing a meal and allowed me to get a bit closer than usual. I also got a little closer than usual to the American Kestrel at the bottom of this post. It was doing a fan dance just for me!
