Not so many clouds this morning though still enough to be troublesome. I went out pretty early to try to catch the Osprey fishing. Turned out I was still a little late. I saw several fish flying around the park and at least one in a tree being consumed. Maybe I should come out at lunchtime. Today’s featured image is a Wood Duck Hen standing at what I hope is her nest. I’ll keep an eye on this location – I’d love to get shots of the babies jumping out when the time comes. Nothing big was happening at the owl nest. Pictured here is a Song Sparrow who apparently had nothing to say. The real action was when I caught two American Kestrels chasing a Red-tailed Hawk away from their territory. Those smaller birds meant business!
