Environment:
Start Time: 6:30 AM Temperature: 39 degrees Sky: Sunshine.
I arrived early to try to catch the Ospreys working over the Anticline Fishing Pond like they did yesterday. Today only one Osprey showed up and did not hang around long. The big news is that the baby owl (maybe owls) has (have) arrived. Pictured below is at least one newcomer. I’ll be taking a more detailed census in the coming days. This is the first time in many days that I did not see mom in the nest. Featured today is a White-crowned Sparrow perching down in the budding Wild Plum Bushes (Trees?) trying not to be photographed. The deer are out in force as well so I’ll close the post with one doe.
