The big highlight of this morning was finding a very busy male Belted Kingfisher doing his darndest to eat all of the small fish in the Anticline Fishing Pond. The two pictures posted today (one the featured image) are of the industrious little bird with two different unlucky fish. I saw him catch three and eat two of them – he probably ate the third as well but I didn’t get to watch.
