Environment:
Start Time: 9:30 AM Temperature: 48 degrees Sky: Sunshine.

It took a while for the Sun to decide if it could overcome the morning cloud cover so I got a bit of a late start this morning. Not sure if I missed all the birds or if they were all in church but things were very quiet. Featured is one of only two Pied-billed Grebes I saw on the Arkansas River. Add a couple of Mallards and two American Coots for a dazzling total of six waterfowl in all. Really strange. Pictured here is one of the Godless Mountain Bluebirds who skipped church and were putting on a pretty good show in one of the more open areas.
