It’s kind of dark out at Lake Pueblo State Park at six o’clock in the morning. I was hoping to capture a time-lapse sequence of the full Moon setting behind the Wet Mountains. But, like Joni Mitchell, clouds got in my way. I spent an hour trying a different scene but by the time I was done I was too cold and disheartened to do my normal walk. So I checked on my owl’s nest and then headed up to the top of Lake Pueblo Dam for a couple of shots of the Wet Mountains catching the (finally appearing) morning sunlight. Can I get an ‘A’ for effort?
