Quick post for today. I got out early and had a very pleasant walk in a nearly deserted park. There was a lot of bird/wildlife activity but practically no one had time to pose. Except for the little Wren who took pity on me and stood still for a couple of seconds – earning it the featured image spot. Actually the Wren was the only bird I shot today. The little gosling posted below is a capture from yesterday. Weather tomorrow is not looking good.

Sightings:
Birds: Wood Ducks, Mallards, Canada Geese, Osprey, American Robins, European Starlings, Double-crested Cormorants, Cooper’s Hawk, Western Kingbirds, Eastern Kingbirds, Mourning Doves, Barn Swallows, Great Blue Heron, American Kestrel, Wren
Critters: Mule Deer, Tree Squirrels, Wood Louse
