Weather forecasters were predicting afternoon winds and the morning was cloudy and cool. But long about 2 PM the Sun popped out and there was no trace of the rumored wind. Environment:Start Time: 2:35 PM Temperature: 66 degrees Sky: Sunshine and Clouds I decided on an afternoon walk today after my phone’s weather app told me it would be “Sunny”. That was mostly right but a heavy cloud bank in the southwest muffled the light for the second half of my walk. Really wasn’t a problem as there was not much to shoot. This turned out to be a pretty good decision. Apparently I was not alone in this course of action as the park and the Arkansas River were pretty busy. Of course, I wanted to partake of all the eagles that have been hanging around lately. There were eagles but they were not doing much except perching in hard to photograph locations.
