Most of today’s action happened in the first half hour of my walk. A number of Ospreys were quite actively fishing the Arkansas River just West of the Anticline Fishing Pond. The light was not great in that location at that time so I struggled to get the shots I really wanted. Struggled sounds better than failed. Pictured here is one example of an Osprey success and a jd fail. Close. Today’s featured image is a group of Barn Swallows taking it easy with (I assume) bellies full of bugs.
