Things were all up in the air this morning as I strolled around the area. Featured is a pair of Mallard Ducks who were flying upriver with great enthusiasm. I’m not sure what was going on but they seemed to be intentionally getting in each other’s way. Pictured here is an American Kestrel who was definitely trying to get in the way of a Red-tailed hawk whom the Kestrel thought should not be loitering. I also caught an Osprey coming in with a pretty decent catch. I wish I had been there for the action.
