Bullock's Oriole at Lake Pueblo State Park in Colorado

Made it to the standard walk site at 6:45 this morning. Temperature was a reasonable 49 but with the slowly rising sun it was a bit crisp. Lots of starling and Oriole activity. Not much human activity though. Not one fisherman in the river and only a handful at the Anticline Fishing Pond. The only image I captured today was a Bullock’s Oriole. Surprisingly I saw no Robins.

Sightings:
Birds: Osprey, Starlings, Kestrel, Flicker, Cormorants, Mallard Ducks, Bullocks Orioles, Swallows, Barn Swallows, Canada Geese
Critters: Mule Deer

Gear: Nikon D5100, 55-200mm lens
