Environment:
Start Time: 7:00 AM Temperature: 46 degrees Sky: Sunshine.
No new arrivals noted today. Activity was high, nevertheless. Today’s featured image is of the Canada Goose family venturing out onto the Anticline Fishing Pond. Only four goslings present – doesn’t look good for number five. Pictured here is a Double Crested Cormorant trying to avoid being photographed. Below is an Osprey who I spotted perched by the fishing pond – it seemed to be observing a human fisherman who was having a little luck. I’m not sure if the Osprey was looking for tips or was appalled at the low skill level of the human. And there were plenty of Orioles out and about. Posted at the bottom is a Bullock’s Oriole who made it a challenge to get a good image but I managed.
