More Osprey action this morning at the Anticline Fishing Pond. The Ospreys working the pond this morning seemed to be having better luck than they did yesterday. Today’s featured image is another action-blurred fishing shot thanks to the predawn light level forcing me to use a slower shutter speed. I still kind of like it. I finally got a shot of one of the Quail that I occasionally see around the park. Google tells me that these are Scaled Quail so, even though I’ve seen them many times, this still counts as a new bird since I never knew their full name. I’m closing out today’s post with one of my favorite views at Lake Pueblo State Park. It just sort of sums up Colorado in one click.
