Environment:
Start Time: 8:20 AM Temperature: 29 degrees Sky: Sunny with a wicked breeze.
Today’s walk started out on the rough side because of a really mild but bone chilling breeze that decide to come along. It took about half way through the walk for the Sun to start improving things. Activity was low both animal and human. The featured image is an Osprey who teased me by flying by over the river. If Google is correct, I got a new bird today – the Canyon Towhee pictured below. Also pictured here is a Say’s Phoebe. The Arkansas River was pretty busy with Herons, Buffleheads, Teals, Grebes and Coots all making an appearance. I did see some Wood Ducks exploring the trees, too.
