Environment:
Start Time: 8:00 AM Temperature: 53 degrees Sky: Sunshine.
Today’s weather was the best I’ve seen for a while – clear sky, warm temperature and little breeze. All I could have asked for was some more bird activity. So far this year’s crop of Ospreys has been pretty boring with them either sitting in their nests or circling high up in the sky. I haven’t seen many Red-tailed Hawks and when I do there is a Kestrel trying to chase it away. I did see a couple of Common Grackles and several Woodpeckers – Downy pictured here.
