Environment:
Start Time: 7:15 AM Temperature: 37 degrees Sky: Sunshine and haze.

The stated start time for today’s walk is 7:15 AM but I really started the morning at around 6:20 standing on the Lake Pueblo Dam watching the “Snow Moon” set. I was hoping to do a time-lapse sequence of the event but that pesky moon was not landing in a photogenic spot. I did look East and captured today’s featured image of the moment just before sunrise. When I did start my normal tour of Rock Canyon there wasn’t a whole lot going on. The early light on the fire damaged trees by the Osprey Picnic Area was kind of interesting so I’m closing out the post with that.
