Got a much earlier start this morning thanks to clear skies and warm 53 degree temperature. Got started right at 6:15.

Just like yesterday there was only a single Osprey working the fishing pond this morning. He was not putting on the same type of show as in previous mornings. Today he was perched high in a tree possibly digesting the days catch. Other than that it was a pretty uneventful walk. Both the Heron nest and Starling nest that I have been keeping tabs on showed no signs of activity. I think the baby Starlings may have already fledged and are spending their days taking bird lessons from mom and dad.

Sightings:
Birds: Starlings, Swallows, Barn Swallow, Mallard Ducks, Osprey, Cormorants, Canada Geese, Kestrel, Meadowlark, Tropical Kingbird, Eastern Kingbird, Red-tail Hawk, Blue Jay
Critters: Mule Deer

Gear: Nikon D5100, 55-200mm
