American Robins Rule
Today’s outing turned out to be full of surprises. The first thing I noticed during the first portion of my walk was an incredible number of Robins flitting about. They were everywhere – I think they outnumbered the Starlings. Then, while puzzling over the Robins, I noticed that Juncos have arrived back at Lake Pueblo State Park for their Winter stay. I did not get a shot of one but I have time. Finally I discovered that I will have to eat my words from my last post (September 25, 2020) in that I saw both Cormorants and an Osprey this morning. There was only a single Osprey and I’m not sure how many Cormorants – I either saw three or one three times.
