Everyone was either keeping their distance or heading off to an important appointment. All except for the Great Blue Heron in the featured spot above. This one was just chilling on a mid-river rock without a care in the world while fish were jumping up all around. Guess s/he was full. Today’s featured image is a Double Crested Cormorant who, having just lifted off the river, is flying low above the surface. My other capture for the day is the Osprey at post bottom.
