I’m into day seven of my ten day Isolation sentence – starting to feel a lot better. Once again a retro-post with some pretty cool Kingfisher shots form this day in 2020. Environment:Start Time: 11:30 AM Temperature: 51 degrees Sky: Sunny, no clouds, light breeze Spectacular weather continues. I’m not sure why the birds are making themselves so scarce. Maybe the continued presence of Red-Tails and Kestrels has something to do with it – not sure. That is not to say that today’s photo efforts went unrewarded. Environment:Start Time: 3:35 PM Temperature: 53 degrees Sky: Sun with malicious breeze. Today’s tour of Lake Pueblo State Park was a mixed bag of great light, sparse bird presence and biting breezes. Environment:Start Time: 9:35 AM Temperature: 45 degrees Sky: Sun and clouds with wind-like breeze. With hopes of beating the predicted high winds I headed out for a morning tour of the Rock Canyon Area of Lake Pueblo State Park. The temperature was decent and the fairly stiff breeze (wind preview) did not seem to add to the Spring chill in the air.
