Environment:Start Time: 7:20 AM Temperature: 59 degrees Sky: Sunshine, few clouds, little haze, no breeze. Another very clear day for me and my shadow to enjoy a walk by the Arkansas River. My avian friends continued playing hard to get. I still managed to come away with some captures. There were a couple of Great Horned Owls perched in the fire damaged area by the Osprey Picnic Area one of whom (I believe a female) is today’s featured image. Both of them are pictured below. Environment:Start Time: 7:05 AM Temperature: 68 degrees Sky: Sunshine, haze with light breeze. Yet another okay day for walking. Still hazy and a little humid though the Sun’s heat was tempered by these conditions. Bird activity was pretty tempered as well.
