Start Time: 9:45 AM Temperature: 39 degrees Sky: Cloud and Sun with an unwelcome breeze.
Rather a crisp morning for today’s outing that was not exactly enhanced by the pesky breeze that joined me for the tour. Not much going on at all – not even many fishermen on the river. I did manage to get a pretty good shot of a White-crowned Sparrow but I am afraid if I post it one or both of my regular readers will come to my house and break my camera. So for the featured image I am posting a digitally enhanced Autumn Scenic shot from earlier this month. Tomorrow is supposed to be pretty cold so I will probably sit the day out. Here’s hoping for better days.

Birds: Ducks, Mallards, Gulls, Canada Geese, Red-tailed Hawks, White-crowned Sparrows, Audubon’s Warbler, Dark-eyed Juncos, killdeer, Northern Flicker
Critters: Prairie Dogs, Mule Deer
